Initiating A Review

If the incumbent(s), Union, manager or Employer feel that the duties and/or responsibilities of a job have been substantially changed or the job description does not reflect the duties and responsibilities of the job, then the incumbent(s), Union, manager or Employer needs to request a reconsideration form (Appendix A) from the executive manager of human resources.
