Please note: all of our general membership meetings are on the 4th Tuesday of every other month, starting in January. (our members will be notified if this changes). Meetings are currently held hybrid via Zoom and in person at our Local CUPE office.
The next CUPE 556 General Meeting will be held on Tuesday, July 22 at 6pm. Meeting location is the CUPE 556 office (corner of 10th and Fitzgerald in Courtenay).
But wait there’s more! We are super excited to announce that the CUPEBC Events Van will be on-site and we will be serving popcorn and burgers (not exactly as illustrated–but nice try AI) from 415pm to 545pm or while supplies last. Join the exec and your fellow members for a summer BBQ get-together prior to the 6pm General Meeting start! (Veg burgers will be available too.)
